My brand new Ipod classic has gone dead…HELP?
I got my ipod classic this morning for christmas. plugged it into my Mac, itunes did its thing and it said to eject the ipod to disconnect. so i clicked on eject (not realising itunes had instead ejected my CD in the computer), and the screen went blank white. so i tried to restart the ipod, by holding the menu button and middle button down. the apple logo did not appear, and the screen went blank ( black), and now nothing happens. It wont turn on at all. i have tried everything on the apple help web site…. All the tunes i loaded onto it are still in itunes, so im not bothered about backing anything up. The ipod does not appear on my computer at all. Have i blown it?
