Why are Laptops getting cheaper?
I live in New Zealand and recently i have seen advertisements for brand new laptops at around $300 NZD.
So I’m curious why this is, they’re fine laptops.. and it is the sale season afterall. Is there any reason to be wary of buying them at this price?
typical marketing makes you think that because they’re cheap there must be something wrong with them because normally they’re insanely overpriced -.-

Laptops have reached the “commodity” state of products where production costs are getting cheaper and the price is cheaper due to its demand like how cellphones’ prices went. Well, it’s almost a commodity. There’s also too much competition with laptops today that producers also compete with hauling costumers with the prices, but of course, with the quality not compromised. They’re getting cheaper for for their (laptop) target costumers.Well, that’s what I think it is. Here, it’s getting cheaper because many students demand it.
